夏艳，女，湖北省通山县人，中共党员，武汉大学物理化学博士，核技术与化学生物学院专人教师。主要从事电化学处理难降解有机废水和臭氧分解等研究。博士期间参与了校企(武汉威蒙科技有限公司）甲硝唑废水、硝基苯废水和臭氧消毒车的研发工作，以第一作者发表二区SCI论文两篇。
